If your budget does not allow for the cost of purchasing a barn outright, rent-to-own may be right for you.
We have a program that allows you to rent a building of your choice on a month to month basis. If you rent for three years we give you the building!
All you need to begin is a deposit equal to 3 months' rent, and the ability to make on payment per month thereafter. No credit is required. Your are no purchasing; your are renting.
If your situation changes, you can notify us and we will terminate the rental agreement and pick up the building at no extra cost to you. You have the option of buying the building at anytime. You will be sent an invoice each month with your payment due and your buy now price.
